Hello, my name is Emma Fennings-Mills, and I have been a Health and Safety Advisor/Manager in the construction sector for the past 26 years. I have found great satisfaction in my job. I have worked in a number of areas of construction safety during my career, specialising particularly in basic and complex scaffolding.

My involvement with EB Safety Group is one of the main factors to my happiness with my work in the construction industry. Being a part of this team has been an amazing experience since they share my enthusiasm for enhancing safety on construction sites. My daily motivation comes from the desire to make construction sites safer for everyone who works there. My objective is to make sure that everyone gets home safely at the end of the day.

The chance to collaborate with other team members is one element of my job that I particularly like. I really think that by collaborating as a team, we can harness our knowledge base and produce amazing outcomes. I really value being an important part of the team since it promotes a sense of togetherness and helps us successfully conquer obstacles.

I take great delight in seeing how safety standards are always being improved. I handle problems head-on and practically, constantly looking for new and creative ways to improve safety procedures. It is extremely satisfying to see how these efforts are helping to lower workplace accidents and promote a safety-conscious culture within the construction industry.
